Standard Cleaning
A one-time, room-by-room clean — dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and kitchen and bathroom surfaces, fixtures, and appliance exteriors. Booked as a single visit, not on a schedule.
Recurring Cleaning
Cleaning on a set schedule — weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly — with the same trusted team and a lower per-visit rate than a one-time clean.
Deep Cleaning
A thorough, detailed clean of built-up grime and hard-to-reach areas — baseboards, inside appliances, grout, vents, light switches, and behind furniture.
Move Out / Move In Cleaning
A full top-to-bottom clean of an empty home for a move, lease turnover, or closing — inside cabinets and drawers, appliances, and every surface. Helps recover a deposit.
Vacation Rental & Airbnb Cleaning

The same trusted team on a set schedule, at a lower per-visit rate than a one-time clean. Weekly suits busy households and high-traffic homes; bi-weekly is the most popular balance; monthly keeps a tidy home from slipping. You can change the frequency any time.

A thorough, detailed clean of built-up grime and the places routine cleaning misses: baseboards, inside the oven, fridge, and microwave, cabinet interiors, grout, vents, light switches, doors and handles, and behind furniture we can safely reach. Recommended for a first visit or once or twice a year.

Move Out / Move In Cleaning — a spotless handover
A full top-to-bottom clean of an empty home for a move, lease turnover, or closing — inside every cabinet and drawer, all appliances, walls (no stain removal), and every surface. Helps recover a security deposit or hand over a home that’s ready for its next chapter. We can send completion photos and a list of anything that looks like it needs repair.

How do I get a free estimate?
Request one online through our estimate form, or call (912) 421-8621. Tell us your home's size, its current condition, and the type of clean you want, and we'll email you a written estimate. Requesting online is the fastest way to hear back.
What if I'm not sure which cleaning I need?
That's normal — most people aren't. Describe your situation when you request an estimate and we'll recommend the right fit, whether that's a one-time standard clean, a deeper first visit, or a recurring schedule.
What's included in a cleaning?
Every visit covers dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning kitchen and bathroom surfaces, fixtures, mirrors, and the outside of appliances. Deep cleans and move-out cleans add inside appliances, baseboards, cabinet interiors, vents, and detail work. Each service page lists its full checklist.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. We bring professional-grade supplies and equipment to every job. If you'd prefer we use only eco-friendly products, fragrance-free products, or your own supplies, just let us know when you book.
Are your cleaners background-checked?
Yes. Easy Living Cleaners is family-run, and every cleaner is background-checked and trained before they work in a client's home.
How do I pay, and when?
Payment is by credit or debit card through our secure payment portal. A deposit is due when you book and the remaining balance is due when the cleaning is complete. You can add a tip electronically at the same time.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours' notice and is strongly preferred over cancelling. Same-day changes incur a rescheduling fee. Our Terms & Conditions page has the full details.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients give us entry instructions and are out during the visit. We do a walkthrough when we finish — in person if you're there, or by photos on request.
