Terms of SMS service

1. You may receive text messages from Easy Living Cleaners regarding estimates, appointments, quotes, reviews, and similar service communications.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to the number you received the message from. We will send one message to confirm you have been unsubscribed, after which you will receive no further SMS messages. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time.
3. If you have trouble with the messaging program, reply HELP for assistance, or email hello@easylivingcleaners.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message and data rates may apply. You may receive multiple texts about your service. Questions about your text or data plan are best directed to your wireless provider.

Easy Living Cleaners, LLC may disclose Personal Data and other information as follows. Third parties that help provide the messaging service: we will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with a third party for purposes unrelated to supporting you in connection with that campaign. We may share your Personal Data with third parties that help us deliver text messages, including platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors. Affiliates: we may disclose Personal Data to our affiliates or subsidiaries; their use and disclosure of your Personal Data will be subject to this Policy. All of the above categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information is not shared with any third parties.

SMS opt-in phone numbers are not shared.

It may include your device’s IP address, browser type and version, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, time spent on pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data. When you access the Service through a mobile device, we may automatically collect the device type, unique ID, IP address, operating system, mobile browser type, and other diagnostic data.

When you request an estimate, your submission is processed through Zebu (getzebu.com), our field-service management platform, which we use to prepare quotes and schedule work. Zebu processes this data on our behalf. Our website also uses a Zebu chat assistant to answer questions and draft estimate requests; conversations are handled by Zebu as a service provider and are reviewed by our team before any work is scheduled.

Retention of your personal data

We retain your Personal Data only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy, and to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements and policies. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except where it is used to strengthen security or improve functionality, or where we are legally required to retain it longer.

Transfer of your personal data

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company’s operating offices and anywhere else the parties involved in processing are located. It may be transferred to and maintained on computers outside your state, province, or country, where data-protection laws may differ. Your submission of information represents your agreement to that transfer. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Policy.

Delete your personal data
