Standard Cleaning

Our most-booked service: a one-time, whole-home clean for a house that’s already in reasonable shape and just needs a reset. We work room by room — kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas — dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and wiping down every surface, fixture, and appliance exterior.

It’s a single visit with no commitment. If you like the result, moving to a recurring schedule lowers the per-visit rate.

Is a standard clean the right fit?

A standard clean keeps an already-maintained home fresh. If it’s been a while since the last professional clean, or there’s built-up grime in the oven, fridge, or on baseboards, start with a deep clean. Moving in or out? That’s a move out / move in clean.

How long does a standard clean take?

Most homes take two to four hours with a small team, depending on size and condition. We give you a time estimate with your written quote.

Do you wash dishes or do laundry?

We load the dishwasher and can start a load of laundry on request. A sink full of dishes or multiple laundry loads is add-on time — just let us know when you book.

Can I turn this into a recurring service?

Yes. Many clients book a standard or deep clean first, then switch to weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly at a lower per-visit rate.
